Hey guys! Sorry it's been a while since I've posted. The past few weeks I was uber uber sick and had to go to the doctors multiple times and had to get blood work done. Needless to say, I was worried about getting blood work done since I never went threw it before but thanks to some of you who talked to me about it over Twitter, it was easier to overcome :) Anyways, I'm feeling much better now but the worst part is that finals week is next week o_O. I'm super not ready and I have to devote time to that so I can pass my finals and get good grades so bare with me just a bit more.In addition to that, I have a big announcement I want to make so keep reading for what I have to share.

Weekly Review & Contest Ideas

The past few days, I have done a variety of things.  I have started gardening again, I hatched with my alt accounts Smith pet, bought crowns, wasted 10,000 Crowns on card packs, and I leveled up my Storm to level 45. The best part was, after 8,000 Crowns, I FINALLY GOT THE HYDRA MOUNT!! But then again, APRIL FOOLS!! (Not the best, I know, but I couldn't think of anything else lol). I didn't get a single permanent mount from all the card packs but I did get a few day and week rental mounts. Anyways, with all these crowns I still have, I realized, I can have contests again! I'll include some ideas for contests at the end of the post so look out!

Extra crowns and free mounts. What could be better!?
Speaking of free mounts, did you know that my good friend Antonio Lotusblood just recently celebrated his 1st Blogaversary!? In every bloggers career, that's a special moment when you look back on how far you have come and it makes you think of how special it is to be there after a whole year. As a treat for all of his readers, he gave out a code (usable by anyone but one time use per account) that will give you either one or two rental mounts (Skyracer Pegasus, Ostrich, White Mare, or Jaguar). NOTE: Code is usable on Wizard101 UK ONLY. I don't want to spoil the fun so go check out his post and wish him a happy 1st and check out the epic code! As for the extra crowns, what's up with that?

Review of the First Annual Wizardly Awards!

The twittersphere has been blowing up the all day with Wizards from around the spiral tweeting about the First Annual Wizardly Awards. The hashtag #WizardlyAwards was seen EVERYWHERE as people said who they thought would win which awards, what it was like, and much more! Host Angel Ice did a magnificent job holding the awards in his Myth House which was full to the gills!

In the rest of this post, I'll be giving you a rundown of the whole event, who won what award, exclusive interviews with the creator of the Wizardly Awards: Tyler Battlewalker, one of the hosts for the night: Angel Ice, the winner of three awards: Kelsey Fireheart, and the fabulous Lindsey Goldengrove who was the photographer. In addition to all of that, I will be doing an overview of the private after party and what it was like with some amazing photos and a special video made by those who attended the after party. Plus get the inside scoop on next years Wizardly Awards such as where and when they will be!

Hellooo Wizards and Pirates!!!

Blaze Shadowhorn here and boy do I have a surprise for you! As you may recall from my recent post, "It's Been a While... Stay or Go?", I wanted your input if I should come back and re-join the community and continue blogging or if I should leave.


Needless to say, I got so many warm and kind responses from all of you that really made me happy so I am so happy to say, I'm back in the Spiral baby! But what's new on my end? What can you expect to see on this blog from now on? Will I be playing Wizard101 or Pirate101 or both!? Keep reading for all the deets!

It's Been a While...Stay or Go?

Hey guys!
How've you been? It's been a while, hasn't it? You're probably wondering why I'm posting after 5 months since I said I had to retire ToTS and the 101 gaming franchise as a whole. Needless to say, I've missed you all so much and I've just been wanting to re-join the community and 101 gaming world for such a long time.

With Spring Break starting this weekend, I was wondering if I should re-join the community and continue blogging and being an active (although not as active as I previously was due to my IRL life) blogger/gamer or just leave it how it is and not return. What do you think? Should I come back to the community and be with all of you again or leave? Would you continue to read my blog?
